The audit
Let’s fit AI whereit saves you money.
Thirty minutes on a call, and you will know exactly where AI belongs in your business — and where it doesn’t. Ranked, in writing, by what each gap is costing you today.

Why the hours run out
Your day has a ceiling.A system’s doesn’t.
None of this is a people problem. A business runs out of hours long before it runs out of will, and every ceiling below is one your team hits through no fault of their own.
A team of people
- Stops at six
- One thing at a time
- Remembers most of it
- Gets sick, takes leave, moves on
A system that runs it
- Runs at three in the morning
- Four hundred at once
- Forgets nothing
- Does none of that
You are not short of good people. You are short of hours.
The session
Thirty minutes,and what lands after.
No prep, no slides, and nothing to fill in beforehand. You talk, we map, and you get the straight answer before the call ends.

It arrives in writing
Both founders are on the call. Nobody is going to read you a deck.
Straight answers
The questionsyou’re already asking.
Then we say so on the call, and you keep the plan anyway. That happens, and it is a better outcome for you than being sold something that was never going to pay for itself.
Only if you ask for one. There is no follow-up sequence and nobody will chase you. The plan arrives, and what you do with it is your business.
Small is where it shows up hardest. When there are four of you, a day a week lost to admin is a fifth of somebody. A large company absorbs that. You cannot.
That is the normal starting point. If everything were tidy and written down you would not need the thirty minutes. The mess is the thing we are mapping.
Not exact ones. The call works on how the work moves, not on your accounts, and rough ranges are enough to rank what is costing you most.
It is not, and you can tell them that honestly. We go after the hours nobody wants — the typing, the chasing, the checking. Nobody asks to keep those.
Usually because nothing handled the exceptions and nobody owned it after launch. Both are design failures rather than reasons to stop.
For one task, often yes. The hard part is never the first one — it is the two hundredth, at 2am, in a format nobody expected, and knowing which task to start with at all.
What we won’t do
We don’t automate judgment calls, anything that needs a relationship, or a process nobody can explain out loud yet.
If the thirty minutes finds that is where your time is going, we will say so, and the plan is still yours.
Book it
Pick a time. We’ll do the rest.
Take whichever slot suits you. Thirty minutes on a call, and the written plan is in your inbox within two days.
- No obligation
- Nothing to prepare
- The plan is yours either way
